Banks / NBFCs generate a link to send to the debtor. Debtor logs in using the link. Remo or Juhi, as the case may be, then shares with the user, the debt details including the current outstanding balance and the number of months in default. Based on the discussion, Remo / Juhi then presents potential settlement / regularisation options, as permitted by the Banks / NBFCs, so that the user can make an informed decision.
Remo / Juhi provides a diverse range of repayment and settlement options tailored to the user's unique circumstances. These include setting up monthly payment plans, negotiating lump-sum settlements, enrolling in hardship programs, assisting with credit repair, resolving disputed charges, and more. This will strictly be in accordance with guidelines provided by the Bank/ NBFC.
Once a settlement / regularisation offer is agreed upon, Remo / Juhi assists in the creation and dissemination of a formal settlement / regularisation agreement / documentation.
